Review: I have been a client for years and I have more than 10 pairs of shoes from this company. Recently I went to a charity event they were holding and brought 4 great shoppers friends with me. I have priorly seen online a shoe that I loved it, but because my rep gets a commission, I told her to bring to the event on 11/06/13 and I would definitely buy it. At the event, they didn't have my size, they had to order it (BTW I still didn't pick them up). I gave her my visa to charge the shoe and she came back saying it was declined, I gave her my AMEX and that one worked but she didn't give me any receipt. Later I noticed I was charged twice in both cards. I called the store and a rep who said they were using a system from New York so it would be easier for me to dispute the charges because to reverse would be too difficult for them to do, so I called my bank to dispute it but it can take up to 90 days to have the money back. So, because of THEIR mistake I will have to wait 90 days to only use my $1,100 credits after holidays? I contacted the rep, and she said she would take care of it. I told her I really needed her to reverse the charge fast, I needed the credit to do some business transactions that week. Another week went by and nothing was done to reverse the charges, I have to buy holiday gifts and I need the credit. I finally contacted the manager and I told her by now I want a full refund in both cards since I still haven't gotten the shoe. [redacted] said it was a final sale and she wouldn't accept return. They double charged me for a shoe I still don't have, neglected to refund me and now they are saying is final sale when online this is their policy (I copied and pasted here their policy online): "We have extended the dates of our holiday season returns policy to make purchasing a gift even easier. Orders placed between MONDAY 28 OCTOBER 2013 and TUESDAY 24 DECEMBER 2013 can be exchanged or returned for a refund until MONDAY 6 JANUARY 2014." I Never got a receipt saying it was a final sale,Desired Settlement: I no Longer want the shoe, it's still on the store, therefore is in perfect new condition as I have never had a physical access to it. The shoe is cute but is now associated with bad feelings and hassle from this company. I want them to give me the full refund ASAP. Refund me the illegal double charge, and also refund me the shoe I no longer want.
