the floor job original cost was near $600, I gave her a discount to $375, she did...

not pay me when the job was complete, this is a vinyl plank flooring and a floating system , it will expand and contract, therefor exact tight cuts are not recommended, I did lay as tight as possible within an 1/8 of an inch, as of the scratch in remodel room it was not there when we finished a few weeks prior of, or im sure I would not of got paid for that either, and if I was so bad and disrespectful why hire me back to do your kitchen floor, imnot getting into a verbal battle with [redacted] cuz I thinkit is exactly what she wants, it was on a daily basis!, phone messages and letter as well, however her roommate [redacted] was always nice to me and was very understanding, I now will let this job go as unpaid and she got it for free ($0) dollars, I will however not pay her a nickel nor ever do any work for [redacted] again.....

He is a liar. I did not hire him back, it was part of the original job. It wasn't $600. It was $2.00 a square foot, $300 by his measurements. He doesn't,t need to worry about working for me again as I wouldn't have him on my property. If it was a floating floor, he certainly never told us that.I will go no further because it isn't worth it.
