Jimmy E's Tree & Landscape

Review: Jimmy E's Trees was hired by my mothers next door neighbor to take down a tree on their property and as a result significant damage was done to her property, mainly her residence. The company was hired over 2 months ago back at the beginning of October and has yet to finish the job. During the course of these 2 months and cutting down this tree on her neighbors property, numerious damage has been caused on her house. The first time it was tree branches being cut and falling onto her house and causing damage to the roof, gutters, windows, window screens, ( windows and window capping are brand new as they were replaced Aug '13), window capping, siding and both the power, cable and telephone lines being knocked down and out of service. As a result, I contacted the company and was assured that they do not cause this type of damage and no further damage would be caused. A few more weeks pass and more branches cut down and more damage once again to the house. When my mother expressed concern about this damage being done to her house to the tree workers, she was told by the tree workers to go back in side and be quite. I contacted the company once again about the workers being unprofessional and mouthing off to her, I was told by the company that they do not stand for that and they would get to the bottom of it and find out which worker / workers it was and make sure they are no longer working for them. A few more weeks go by and the same workers who mouthed off are still on the job. The last straw was on Thursday Dec 5 when they cut down over a 30 ft section of tree and let it fall. As a result, significant damage was done once again to the house. When the tree fell it hit the house and knocked down the power lines, cable lines and telephone lines once again, knocked off pieces of siding, chipped and knocked out pieces of bricks and stuco, scratched the glass windows, put holes in window screens (windows and window capping are brand new as they were just replaced Aug '13), window capping damaged and left huge sink holes in the ground were the tree fell. When I arrived shorlty after on scene, the tree company had left everything the way it was and packed up and left. I received 3 detailed eye witness accounts of the situation from 3 different neighbors who witnessed the entire thing happen and all damage occur. When I tried to contact the company it went to voice mail and the mailbox was full, so I was unable to get in touch with anyone or leave a message. Jimmy E's has a Christmas Tree lot, so I went to the lot trying to find someone who could provide answers. When I finally got in touch with Jimmy E himself, I was told by him that he has never once been on the job site, that it is his workers and when I asked him to come to the property to see the damage his workers caused, he told me that he was too busy at the Chritsmas tree lot and would send a worker there tomorrow to fix everything. Jimmy E was the least bit concerned about the situation. Does this sound like the type of reputable business?Desired Settlement: All damages financially be taken care of by Jimmy E's. The repairs to be done by professional, certified and insured contractors that I choose. All work to be done in a timely manner before further damage is caused as a result of this current damage. Finish up the tree removal in a quick manner. Do not take months to remove tree pieces like it took months to cut down. As a result of this, Jimmy E's should not have a positive rating by the Revdex.com and any action that the Revdex.com can take against the company would be beneficial. Not to mention, Jimmy E's to care and express alittle concern about the situation!

Review: We paid in full to have our trees trimmed. To date some of our trees have been trimmed half way up and some haven't been touched. We paid for this service on September 23, have made numerous phone calls , and sent an email to try and get our service completed. Have not had any response from Jimmy E's.Desired Settlement: ASAP/immediate.
