We choose Advance when our sewer was 100% blocked to solve the problemThey were right there with us to solve the problem as fast as they could and then followed up to solve the problem long termWe are satisfied with the service we got from the field techs because they cared about getting us flowing again and worked very hard to that endThere was a flaw in the work that allowed a couple of gallons of water to leak into the unfinished basement, but they responded fixed it the same dayWe will gladly use them again
I usually never write a review unless service was critically poor AP+H was just the opposite.They seem to be center focused on their clients satisfaction while presenting excellent and very experienced plumbers We were able to initially work with Stan on a Saturday which is unheard of for the most part He analyzed what had to be done, gave us a fair quote range depending on what problems he might incur and then scheduled an appointment for the next Tuesday He arrived on Tuesday morning right on time and was complete with the job quickly and efficiently He completely clean up the work area after his job He was courteous, and very easy to converse with This was a job I thought would take a full day to complete and would have been double the price I was duly impressed with his workmanship and his company's positive customer attitude I will definitely have them down for additional plumbing work I have to get done
I called Advanced Plumbing for the first time. in the middle of a sub-zero cold snap when my water heater (and with it my heat) died. Advanced Plumbing came out right away and installed a water heater - excellent service at a fair price. I have since leased my home to tenants and when they called earlier this month with no heat, I called Advanced Plumbing. They were again extremely responsive and came out right away. It ended up user error was the reason the heat was not working but Advanced was good enough to go out early in the morning to help. I won't use anyone else!
Tim was easy to talk to on the phone regarding the burst pipe I needed fixed. He was able to get a crew out to evaluate the same day. Mike and Ashley came out near the end of their shift. Both were very positive, evaluated the problem quickly, and were able to perform the repair immediately and efficiently. Thank you Advance Plumbing and Heating!
