Jimmy John's #1026

Hello,While ordering a sandwich from Jimmy John's drive thru, I perused their billboard type menu. I ordered a Plain Slim Sandwich (Slim #4). The picture shows the sandwich as having turkey and provolone Cheese. I then asked if I could substitute the provolone cheese for American cheese. The cashier then stated stated: "it only comes with turkey provolone cheese". Now please keep in mind the picture shows the sandwich with turkey and cheese (provolone). The price for that sandwich is $3.75. The price is what attracted me to this particular sandwich. When I drove to the pay window, the cashier stated the sandwich would be $5.22. I asked why did the price of the sandwich jump from $3.75 to more than $5.00? He then stated that the cheese was an extra 99 cents. I then pointed out that there is cheese on the picture of this turkey sandwich called Slim #4 and the price under it $3.75. The cashier then attempted to justify John John's deceptive advertisement by saying; "Oh, we've been meaning to change that sign..." In closing, Jimmy John's advertisement is deceptive and hundreds of people are buying this sandwich thinking they are getting a bargain ($3.75), but are then charge an extra 99 cents once they reach the pay window...
