Mr***,I would like to apologize again for the late delivery and poor service you received on 5/3/17. We were very short staffed and should have communicated better with phone calls about your late orderWe voided the credit card that day and normally just leave the order at no
charge. But, according to my driver, he was taken aback by your employee yelling at him, writing "*** ***" on the credit card receipt, crumpling it up and throwing it....I coached *** my manager, and all employees involved, in dealing with customers no matter how mad the customer isno matter how many curse words are being yelled at the employee. I talked to each employee and heard the same story so I have an accurate account of what happened You account is probably different I will continue to coach them on their attitude and customer service skills I believe this is an isolated case and should not happen again. Company spoke with the consumer and gave them a gift card

I have attempted to contact the customer on numerous occasionsHave never gotten a responseI would love to resolve this issue but have not been able to contact the customer

Our previous experiences were positive and from today on, we will not be ordering any catering. Their manager is one of the worst around.

I received information from several co workers that this establishment delivers to our job. When I called, I was told that they deliver here as well. They took my order, after getting the address AGAIN, only to call me 45 minutes later saying that they won't deliver here! We only get 30 minutes for lunch, so I was highly [redacted] off that I didn't get to eat lunch today!

I did receive my credit from the business.

Ordered a sandwich and they only put tuna on half the sandwich. I went back and the manager refused to take care of the issue and stated they can do nothing for me. The crew was rude and not very respectful.

Review: Several of us placed and order for subs...but when we received our order not only did they forget items...the subs were not subs but sandwiches. When I called about the missing items and the subs being sandwiches I was told that when picking a sub...if you pick wheat bread that it takes it to a sub to a sandwich. That it didn't notify you of the change and that it was a corporate issues and there was nothing they could do.Desired Settlement: Refund for subs changed to sandwiches or gift card to make up for the error and for them to fix their issue
