I am a veteran and my daughter and I found a vehicle at Vasser Chevrolet that she wantedThe price was with an additional taken off for USAA membersThe salesman refused to honor the deal that they agreed to with USAAMaking a huge scene with our banker on the other lineHe said it was Memorial Day weekend and he wasn't going to honor the agreementObviously because he could sell the car for more due to the Holiday saleI hope every veteran and patriot that reads this chooses another business that does honor their commitments

We are sorry Ms [redacted] has had these problems. This is not a dealer issue however. This is between her, TFS her financing source and the DMV. There is nothing that we can do to assist her. I suggest she goes back to TFS customer service...

I am a veteran and my daughter and I found a vehicle at Vasser Chevrolet that she wanted. The price was 7900 with an additional 200 taken off for USAA members. The salesman refused to honor the deal that they agreed to with USAA. Making a huge scene with our banker on the other line. He said it was Memorial Day weekend and he wasn't going to honor the agreement. Obviously because he could sell the car for more due to the Holiday sale. I hope every veteran and patriot that reads this chooses another business that does honor their commitments.

I have already called Toyota regarding this issue and have brought my car in for the 25,000 mile service and asked them to fix it then. They told me that it was fine even though it is not and did nothing about it.
