I scheduled a service on 11/for just maintainenceI was given a time frame of 10-for the serviceI called at 1:to find what was causing the delayI was told that Cory was running late but would be there by At I called and was told someone would be there soonAt :I called and was promised for my patience that I would be given a discountAt 7:dispatch called to notify me no one was available and I would need to reschedule the next dayWhen I asked to speak with a supervisor the supervisor told me I could take my business elsewhere and hung up on meDon't waste your time on this company

I found this company by a coupon in a Valpac mailer listing a new rollers change lube and point inspection for $ upon walking into my garage the tech said that there was a lot more work needed without even inspecting it way more then what I had booked them for ( my door worked fine just noisy) then proceeded to pull out his tablet and quote me a price of $I told him we could not afford that at this time he then said I'll give you a Mgr's discount and do it for $again I said we still can't afford it at this timeHe then said he would replace the rollers lube it and retention for $because he said my month old spring were sprung due to over tightening he re tensioned the bar and said it was shot and wouldn't work after he had scanned my card and left it unusable then leftAfter he left I noticed he didn't lube or change the rollers, I called him back less then minutes after he left asked him about the rollers and lube and he stated that's the least of your problems but said he would bring the new rollers back and apply the $to the full repair of $He never brought the rollers back and has not responded to calls or textAt complete scam! Do Not Use Them! Also he took my email address to send an e-receipt which he never sent
