The owner Glenn [redacted] is by far the most ignorant Person I have ever doubt with, he is not a person to deal with the public. He is very rude, and if you speak to him on the phone he yells and screams but then hangs up before you can even respond. I purchased a used vehicle from his lot in April, it was having so many issues I took it back to him a few days later where it was in his shop for about 4 weeks. When I was called to pick it up I drove it off the lot and it still was not driving correctly. He has had It back in his shop to fix A steering issue in which I sat in his office for 5 hours drove off the lot and again it was still not fixed. I have made every attempt to negotiate with him and speak to him about the problems but he is not willing to work with you in anyway. All he is worried about is that next payment. Over all this was the worst car buying experience I have ever encountered.
