After hearing the customer's concern I reached out to her to find out more and resolve It sounds like her concern is that we sent technicians rather than and that she was also charged for the time it took to pick up needed supplies for her repair
In this case, we had a crew of
that were working on a replacement project who became available and due to the emergency nature of this customer's call, we had them respond to her call I realize that this is a greater number technicians than what she was told over the phone so we have deducted from her bill the cost of the extra technician's travel time expense All technicians were efficiently utilized once on site
The customer said that she was not specifically told that she would be charged her to pick up needed supplies for her job, only that we charge for time + materials It is difficult to determine at which end of the conversation that this communication may have been missed, but we are also crediting this customer back the time it took for our technicians to pick up the materials needed for her job
We appreciate each of our customers and will strive to provide improved communication in our effort to provide world class customer service

The customer agreed to sending out a repair crew at
time and material to respond to the leaking around a vent on the roofOnce the crew was onsite, they discovered that the plastic roof vents were cracked and in need of replacementThe leaking vents were sealed at a time + material rate to temporarily prevent further damage and a proposal was submitted to replace all of the roof ventsThe cost of this initial trip to was $plus tax, which was agreed to by the customerAn invoice was generated and sent to the customer
A quote was presented to the customer for $1,for a permanent repair to replace all roof ventsThe customer agreed to and signed the contractThe contract was fulfilled and an invoice sent to the customer in the amount of $1,plus tax
The customer has claimed the repair quote was for $1,even though we have a signed contract for $1,plus tax
We have the desire to provide first class service and would be happy to discuss with the customer his concerns further in hope of determining a resolution.--Jimmy's Roofing--
