I am rejecting this response because:Complaint: *** I am rejecting this response because:Since filing the original complaint, we finally received a receipt from ***'s Well Service stating that Mr*** did indeed work on the older well and deemed it unuseable in spite of the fact that the company previously indicated that they never had anything to do with this same well and the well was never capped offWe accept the fact that Mr*** doesnt appear to have anything to do with the old well but we still have the second issue unresolved concerning the new well which Mr*** seems to want to ignore in his response.Mr*** came out to our property twice both before and after the sale of the home to us to address both the quality and the quantity of the water being provided by the new wellMr*** was quick to tell us on both occasions that there was nothing wrong with the well. As proof of this, Mr*** provided us a well report that states that the well provides GPM with a 240' drawdown over hours. Based on his explanation we felt assured that we would have no problems with the quantity of the water the well produced prior to purchasing the propertyAs stated previously, we later learned the well only provided this quantity for 15-min then ran out of waterWe feel Mr*** conveniently omitted telling us about this issue prior to the sale of the house when asked if the well had any problemsWe feel Mr*** misrepresented the well's ability to provide a reasonable amount of continuous waterWe have been told by several other well drillers in the area that they would never leave a customer with a well that runs out of water after 15-min in the first placeOur understanding is the previous tenant also had to move due to the problems both with quality and quantity of the water from this well which he addressed with Mr***If Mr*** was aware of this problem then did he report this to the previous owner so they could disclose it on the seller's statement? If so, why doesnt Mr*** provide us with some proof of having done so in writing? Why didnt Mr*** reveal those problems to us as well??As far as the quality of the water, Mr*** is currently being investigated by the TDLR for failure to disclose a well he drilled that produced water that could have caused us to get sick if we drank it. Did he warn the previous tenants of this possibility? Maybe Mr*** can also provide proof that he did in fact warn them? Again, why didn't Mr*** warn us as well ??Mr*** continues to ignore any responsibility for this matterWe ask that Mr*** at least make a reasonable offer to help us resolve or offset any expenses we are going to have to incur to correct the water situation we currently have with the water running out after 15-min. We suggest that a possible solution might be the installation of a water storage tank but we are open to anything that will help the water not to run out so fastSincerely,*** ***
