I have not received my replacement productI reached out to customer service on July 21st, and was met with a response on July 24thI received the replacement form and mailed my product inOn Sept 18th, I emailed customer service again to see if the package was obtained, and on Sept 18th, customer service replied and said they received it and I would be getting tracking information the next dayI did not receive any tracking information nor my replacement productI reached out again, via email, on Sept 24th and Sept 28thI have not been met with any responseI just called the customer service line and left a messageI have currently lost money because they are in possession of my faulty product, and have not mailed me a replacementI am starting to dislike this company, even though I have been a loyal customer

BUYER BEWARE: Overpriced items, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and returns are only verbally acceptedGetting someone to answer the phone or reply to an email is virtually impossibledays and still no reply for a return
On Sunday March 5, I purchased two items from the *** website (https://ww***com/)Within minutes, thanks to Google cookies, the same products were being advertised in my search feed from eBay for 1/the costI immediately wrote two emails and left two voice messages to cancel my orderI figured if I made contact right away (Sunday evening) the items would be caught first thing Monday morning
Monday morning, from 7am PST to 8am PST, I called *** every minutesI tried customer service, sales and the operator, but no one ever answeredAfter checking my email I found a reply at 7:16am saying the item already shipped and I was provided a tracking numberAfter checking the tracking number I found the shipping label was not even created until 7:42amSounds like someone just did not want to do any extra work!
Today, March 23, 2017, I still cannot get a hold of anyone at any time during their business hours of Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm PSTNow it seems their voicemail is disconnected because it just keeps ringingI call and press for customer service, but there is no answerI call and press for sales, but there is no answerI call and press for the operator, but there is no answerI pressed # for directory, and tried using the most common names I could think of, so that hopefully I could get through to someone, but apparently no one with the very common names I suggested have a phone line at ***
I am very upset that this company so freely advertises returns accepted in the first thirty days but they will not allow you the opportunity to actually do a return
Beware of ***!!!

I purchased a defective personal massager from this company through The Sharper Image - it never worked, even after charging for hours, as per the instructions JimmyJane, Inctold me to complete the refund form and ship the product to them and they would issue a refund I shipped the product and forms to them in January and paid shipping charges UPS records show that the company received the product on 01/26/ I was told I would receive a refund within business days of the date the company received the returned shipment To date, I have not received a refund The company has sent several emails to me, indicating that I will receive a refund, but that did not happen
