I purchased a defective personal massager from this company through The Sharper Image - it never worked, even after charging for hours, as per the instructions JimmyJane, Inctold me to complete the refund form and ship the product to them and they would issue a refund I shipped the product and forms to them in January and paid shipping charges UPS records show that the company received the product on 01/26/ I was told I would receive a refund within business days of the date the company received the returned shipment To date, I have not received a refund The company has sent several emails to me, indicating that I will receive a refund, but that did not happen Product_Or_Service: JimmyJane Form Order_Number: ORDXXXXXXXXX

United States in a country that we do not currently have shipping options for, it took longer than expected. That said, we had every intention of replacing your unit and did so prior to your complaint on July 29.
