Jimmy's Express Car Wash

I took my 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe to Jimmys quick lube for a oil change on Dec 21, 2015. The regular price for an oil change was 37.99. (That includes the oil and filter) when the car was done, I was presented an invoice ([redacted]) for 59.95 which included tax. When I questioned the high amount, the owner said that the filter was a canister type filter and not the screw on type and the extra 18.99 was added to the standard filter. I can't believe they would charge over 18.99 for a canister filter. Also this extra cost was not disclose to me at the time I brought the car in. The p/n for the canister filter is cf6127. Checking the Internet for this canister filter is way less/than 18.99.
