I scheduled a service on 11/10 for just maintainence. I was given a time frame of 10-1 for the service. I called at 1:00 to find what was causing the delay. I was told that Cory was running late but would be there by 3. At 3 I called and was told someone would be there soon. At 4 :30 I called and was promised for my patience that I would be given a discount. At 7:30 dispatch called to notify me no one was available and I would need to reschedule the next day. When I asked to speak with a supervisor the supervisor told me I could take my business elsewhere and hung up on me. Don't waste your time on this company.
