We asked these folks to fix an air conditioner at our house in Fort Gaines GA. This is a rental house of ours and we live in Florida. We asked that they call us back after the service call but we never got a call ... just a bill. The bill was $235 for the service call and 3 pounds of freon. Less than a month later, our renters called us and said the AC was blowing hot air again so we called jimmy's to find out what the situation was. The Custer Service rep said the technician drove to FT Gaines and added freon. When asked what the diagnosis was on the system she said they do not repair units that are 20 years old. So I asked what the problem was and she said there must be a leak. I asked her was the leak repaired and she told me that they do not work on units 20 years or older. Why didn't they call us back and say we needed a new AC unit or we can't do anything for you.
