This Limo Service let my daughters wedding party out on a public sidewalk where they had to walk past transients to get to the hotel, versus using the hotel drop off area. Keep in mind, both pick-ups and 1 of 2 drop offs was in the right place, the secure hotel drop-off area. So be specific with drop-off expectations so your family is not put in an unsafe condition. One of the wedding party had items taken from her while walking through the transients. Completely avoidable, however this company would rather defend bad judgement than acknowledge it and work to correct, so make sure you are specific with your expectations, especially if you are entrusting your family to them as I did when I was not with the group on that trip.
Limo dropped my daughters wedding party off on a public sidewalk where they had to traverse thru transients that frequent the *** area in downtown *** to get to the *** Hotel. Both pick-up trips were in the secure *** Street *** pick-up and drop-off area. The last limo ride I was in also dropped off in the *** Street area.
One of the wedding party was illegibly pick-pocketed due from one of the transients as she had her ID and credit cards in the Limo but was missing once they reached the hotel.
Dropping an inebriated twenty something wedding party off on a public sidewalk with transients is unacceptable. I paid for a limo to ensure safe passage to the ***, this limo service did not drop the wedding party off in the safe *** drop-off pick-up area off of *** street, where he pick-up both groups earlier and then dropped off the last group. This resulted in the wedding party to be approached by transients and illegibly pick-pocketed. None of this would have happened if the proper drop off was used, lazy driver did not want to wait for cars to clear in the designed drop off area, so put the wedding party at risk dumping them on a public sidewalk.
I am very sorry that you felt the need to file a complaint with the Revdex.com about this. We had communicated through email explaining that although you are upset that our chauffeur followed the policies set by the *** and the City of ***. Safety is a huge priority for our company and we would never put our clients in harms way. We have safety measures in place to ensure that our passengers, drivers and vehicles are operating in a safe manner. There are a few key factors to keep in mind regarding the *** Hotel in downtown ***. The valet parking located on *** street is to be used by individuals and non group transportation vehicles (ie: taxis, sedans, personal vehicles) who are dropping off and valet parking their vehicles. When this area in not congested there are times when small limousines are allowed to pull in and drop off. However, on a normal day, and on most days/times of the night we are asked to use the main hotel entrance located on *** street. On *** street there is a pull over lane that allows our chauffeurs to park, exit the vehicle to then let passengers out and not impede traffic. We are not under any circumstance allowed to stop and impede traffic on *** Street. These are laws enforced by *** police. To ensure that I was not mistaken on this judgement of our driver who used the *** street entrance I called the special events director at the *** who confirmed that we did use the correct drop off location for groups of passengers. He also explained to me that this is the drop off location not only for limousines but for buses and public transportation, Major league baseball teams and all other "group" transportation vehicles who are dropping off at their hotel. He assured me that this is a well lit and usually safe location to drop guest. He explained that this location is in the heart of *** at *** that is often very busy. he explained that the hotel would not be instructing high end passengers to be dropped there if it was not the correct location. ***, I am very sorry that you do not agree with the safety of this location but we were following the guidelines set by the *** Hotel and the City of ***. If your passenger was pick pocketed then a police report should have been filed and charges pressed with the *** Police department. This was an unfortunate event that occurred but was not the result of a lazy driver. Just to be clear on the contracted service that we offered for you. You booked 4 hours of service for a wedding. You canceled the service 3 days prior. On our contract it states that cancellations can not be made inside of 30 days, however we made an exception and told you we would allow you to use the limo within 1 year. You rescheduled for this event but instead of needing 4 hours of service as contracted you really needed 6.5 hours of service (4:30-11 PM) . We went above and beyond and allowed you to reuse this contract. This is not always an option, but we wanted to accomodate the new request that you had. The day of service you went over 2.5 hours which we did not bill because you were unhappy with the driver. The value of the 2.5 hours of service is a total cost of $343.12. We maintain at this time that our service credit of $343.12 is fair compensation for the concerns that you expressed. We are sorry that you we disappointed with our service. Regards, Danielle

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
FACT: 3 of the 4 visits to the *** by that limo was at the secure *** St Pick-up \drop-off, I reject the claim that *** street is a proper drop-off, even so, our expectation by the two pick-ups was *** St, he used the trip I was not present to use the public sidewalk putting the wedding party at risk.
FACT: I was charged 6.5 hours, 4:15pm to 10:45pm I Reject the statement that they charged 4 hrs and waived 2.5 If they want to stand by that, I would appreciate the credit to my card.
FACT: I paid $892.13 for FOUR 15 minute rides. two round trips. I uploaded the invoice prior. $650 (6.5 hours x$100 per hour) $47.13 tax + $130 tip = $892.13 so I reject the statement that they somehow cut me a monetary break that would compensate the girl who lost her ID. Also, I tipped the driver an extra $20 upon last trip arriving at the *** St. drop off thanking him. Did not know at that time he dumped my daughter and her wedding party on *** street just 1\2 hr prior.

I ordered a party bus on April 14th for my 21st birthday and had a fantastic time! My driver was Armen and he was a great driver for my group. He was kind and straightforward about his expectations of us. I would definitely recommend!
