We are sorry to hear of this customer's concern. While we normally like to discuss and resolve these issues outside of this forum, we are respecting the customer's request to not contact him. Below are details regarding the provided service:
The customer agreed to sending out a repair crew at...

time and material to respond to the leaking around a vent on the roof. Once the crew was onsite, they discovered that the plastic roof vents were cracked and in need of replacement. The leaking vents were sealed at a time + material rate to temporarily prevent further damage and a proposal was submitted to replace all of the roof vents. The cost of this initial trip to was $355.98 plus tax, which was agreed to by the customer. An invoice was generated and sent to the customer.
A quote was presented to the customer for $1,549.39 for a permanent repair to replace all 12 roof vents. The customer agreed to and signed the contract. The contract was fulfilled and an invoice sent to the customer in the amount of $1,549.39 plus tax.
The customer has claimed the repair quote was for $1,300.00 even though we have a signed contract for $1,549.39 plus tax.

Do not hire jimmys. They do not show up for scheduled appointments or to meet with insurance agents even when they promise to be there. They do not return calls.....even to insurance agents trying to get estimate and photos.my agent had 10 phone calls not returned. The only way to get any progress is to call and be extremely rude.....otherwise they wont call u back. Charles is extremely rude and difficult to work with. Did I mention Charles is very rude? He should be fired. He pretty much told us he didn't want to waste his time helping us.....um ok? Dont u work here? Ridiculous. Do not hire them. They are not reliable. And did I mention Charles is rude?

The crew was great to work with; communication with Tim and Patrick were consistent throughout the project. Our yard was cleaner after the project than before. All questions or concerns were promptly addressed and handled to our satisfaction. Quality of work appears excellent. Thank you!

Estimator just came and abruptly left my house refusing to give me an estimate. I had asked him about the estimated age of my current roof, and to clarify acronyms he was using to describe what he said needed replacing when he accused me of being in a bad mood and having a bad day. Saying that he was "appalled", he abruptly left. It left me,feeling afraid of such an aggressively defensive guy.
