Jim's Auto Mart

I had bought a chevy prism from jims auto for 3200 dollars and claimed there was nothing wrong with the car. When we first went off the lot to take it home, we stopoed at the gas station to get gas and after we were done we put the key in the ignition , it would not turn over like if there was something sruck in there. We called them and told them about it so we had to take the car back to jims auto to get some kind of spray in the ignition 2 days later plus I had told them that the car was shaking when I was driving it so they replaced good tires with bald tiresand I tried to tell them that it needed to be balanced and still does but I guess I have to take it in myself to get it done and so on the 4th day the engine soon light came on so I called them again and told me to bring it in. They said the gas cap was loose so they tightened it. The next day the engine soon light came on again so again I called them againthey told us to come in just to make an appointment, I dont know why I had to come in just to make an appointment. I took the car to my mechanic and they diagnosed my code with a code, the code was the cadillac converter and my mechanic said the car had a leak in the exhaused so now we made the appointment and I told jims auto yhat we had to go to work that we were going to drop off the car and if there was a drop box and he said yes for us to drop it off in the morning, so we eent to drop it off in the morning and the drop box slot was locked so we couldnt even drop it off that way , we ended up having to stay to wait for him just for themnot even to fix the car but to tell us yes it wss the cadillac converter and they had to order the oart for us to bring it back again. We are stiil dealing with them and we only hsd the car for only 2 weeks. I would NEVER recommend any one to go to that place for a car

Jim's auto Mart has helped me out and has gone further into helping me than anyone I have dealt with they fixed all the problems on my vehicle I bought from them one thing I learned is have patience knowing that I am not the only customer I gave them a bad review cause I get mad easily and don't think before acting jim and Ron are very nice guys and are there to help take my advice if you want a used car go through Jim's auto Mart they are awesome they will not let you down they know what they are talking about.??
