I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with the owner of the dealership on 4/7/17, at 12:10pm. I promptly returned his call from that day, 10 minutes earlier.. We spoke for approximately 15 minutes and he informed me that the lady that bought this car before me ( Approximate time is May of 2016) did not have any problems with the car with this motor in it. I know the vehicle was sold 'as is' but I get the impression that he was aware the motor was not the original one and my worry is that at no time was I informed that the engine had been Replaced.  The paperwork I signed stated the odometer read 122,187 miles. It was not disclosed to me that the engine had been replaced, so it is not for sure how many miles are actually on the car. I am appreciative, as the owner did say that I could bring the vehicle in so he can look at it but that a refund or an engine replacement is out of the question. I worry driving the vehicle over 90 miles from my home to get it serviced as my car stalled 3 times on the way home from work yesterday. The other option I was presented with was a trade in at his dealership. It was mentioned by him that it is commonplace to have subarus with check engine lights on, and that 5 or more cars on his lot have check engine lights on. While I appreciate him trying to be helpful in my situation, I worry on buying a second car without the trust of full disclosure of engine replacement. I am still trying to weigh  out my options and considering his offer hesitantly. All I desire is a car that is safe and reliable to get me to and from work and transport my 2 year old son. I have tried to call the customer about her 2006 Subaru Legacy gt turbo wagon that she bought from us as is on 2:27/2017 first attempt was via phone she hung up or lost service not sure but then tried to send a few txt msg and no response the vehicle was sold as is no warranty

Review: so I bought a car from that dealer and a year after that I traded my car to another dealer so I call jims auto sales to cancel the gap insurance that I didnt need and the guy told me oh did called to cancel and you need to wait 6-8 weeks to get a check so 3 months after that I still didnt get any check so I called the gap insurance company and they told me that jims never canceled the insurance so I went to talk to the guy from jims and he said I did cancel it but I need you to sign this papers so you can get the check so I sign the papers but its been almost a year and I havent got the money and every time I call jims they just tell me to keep waiting but I have a feeling they kept the moneyDesired Settlement: I need the money back from the insurance I payed and I didnt want
