Jim's Blacktop Paving

Jim's Blacktop Paving was to pave a 20 x 40 pad at my shop the day the work was to be done Jim told me that he was going to use a second grade asphalt that the only difference was that it was a gray color not black so he paved the area but it was only small gravel that was packed down after 4 days I drove on it and my truck and tractor left ruts and groves in it , I called jim and he stated that I was not to drive on it so after 2 months of calling him he came out and sprayed tar on the area. It is now a big miss and he will not answer my phone calls or return voice messages. I paved 600.00 for a load of gravel that should have been asphalt. I would like to get my money back.
