Their response and reason is completely false and fabricated. On exhibit # 1 line 2, This is not the document that was shown to me by my ex-husband for first time. This page was re-done and as you can see the signature line is blanck and you see no signature. When I first saw this document it had only line 1, (Tear down Authorization). The line 2 was added to the paper after my complain. On Exhibit # 2, The signature is my Ex- husband's and proves that unjust amount was paid and the car was picked up by my ex-husband. I sent my ex-husband to pick up the car and when they asked him for $750 instead of $375 he tried to talk to them but they insisted that it is a normal charge and he paid the $750 because he needed to get the car and go. He is not confrontational man, so that is my ex-husband's signature and has nothing to do with extra $375 authorization. on exhibit # 3, the signature on the exhibit 3 is not my signature. I am sending you a copy of my tax returns last page(signature page) so you can compare the signatures. My first name Maryam is only female name and even if my ex-husband signed the paper(which he says that it only had the tear down charge on it not both) they should have asked for the registered owner's signature and authorization not anybody else. I was the only registered owner of the car, just me nobody else. They did deceived my ex-husband and showed him one paper and after the complain they are producing different paper. They are trying to deceive you by sending three documents that proves absolutely nothing. Sending 3 pages of falsified documents is unethical and I believe is illegal. It shows what kind of a business they are running. I am a teacher and my ex-husband is a former fighter pilot for USAF and we don/t need this. I mean to go through hell for $375. I have no time for these things but when somebody or a business wants to commit a fraud specially on me I fight just like my ex-husband for the principle of it. Please enclosed find their responses (marked) and a copy of my tax return of 2013 before my divorce. Our both names are on it. for signature comparison. If they insist on this I have no other choice to take them to 2 courts. 1- On people's court(every social media). 2- To California Superior Court(Small Claims Court). You are my first choice. Thank you.
