Review: Concrete driveway and patio were poured in 9/2010. A crack formed across one section on 12/22/2010. Called [redacted] on 12/ 29/2010 and he stated he would be out in the spring. Second crack formed across another section on 1/31/ 2011. [redacted] came out in April of 2011 and said he would replace both sections. Also, showed him crack in patio and he stated that often happens and his patio has the same kind of cracks. Called again on 6/3/2011 and [redacted] stated that he hasn't forgotten and is trying to get another job in the area and then will fix my driveway. Painted two orange arrows on the sections to be removed. Called 5/11/12 and again asked about replacing driveway. In Sept. 2012, [redacted] came to my home and stated he had a job in the area, and would be doing the replacement of the concrete. In 2013, nothing has been done.
*comment: I do not have an e mail and used my friends, so if you need to use that to communicate with me, it's ok, but I would rather, have you call me at my home. Thank You.Desired Settlement: To honor his agreement and replace the two slabs of concrete.

Jim’s Concrete Services just completed our new 1,000 square foot backyard patio extension and did an outstanding job. I required new underground gutter lines and an auxiliary sump pump line be buried under the concrete as part of this project. [redacted] listened to our project plan and provided useful guidance/considerations based on his experience. His crew excavated our patio footprint, trenched the applicable new lines, compacted a solid base and poured 18 cubic yards of concrete perfectly pitched to our instructions. His crew’s hard work and professionalism paid off with a quality finished product that I’m very pleased with. His bid was very competitive and well worth the work they performed. His team additionally listened to a few special requests that came up during the project such as helping to spread some of the fill and modify the form curvature. [redacted] crew was courteous, professional and did a great job cleaning up the project work site. I would highly recommend using Jim’s Concrete Services based on our experience. [redacted]

I would highly recommend [redacted] to anyone looking for quality concrete work. the crew is also very friendly and professional and was willing to work with me to get my desired results. 10 out of 10.
