I did not intentionally ignore [redacted], I am sorry she feels that way, that was not my intention. I have several email addresses, so I am not sure if emails she was sending were going to my current one (they are supposed to all filter into one, however). For example, I didn't even receive this complaint until I got a message saying that it was the second notice of the complaint (I didn't receive a first one), so I am not sure if either my email is not receiving all messages, or if it was an old email address. Also, I don't use Facebook messages for work - and I have a disclaimer on my site saying so - only because it is hard to check and see them all (when you log into Facebook you don't see them so it is easy to lose track or forget them - especially if they go to your phone first), so there was no intentionality there, I encourage everyone to email instead. Often times I don't even read a lot of Facebook messages. Most other photographers I know, have a disclaimer on their page too about Facebook messages.
