Review: I found Jim's advertisement on the [redacted], needed someone to fix the roof repair. Jim seemed reasonable and I hired him. He started fixing the roof and before finishing disappeared for a weak. Finally, he fixed it with a lot of stress on our behalf. After the first rain, the roof did not leak, but poured. I immediately contacted Jim, he did not show for another two weeks, always with lame excuses. When he showed up, he seemed to fix it, however I paid him more. Eight months later, roof started to leak again. This time, I cut my losses with Jim, hired the roof professional. They fixed the roof, and according to them it was a very bad job, Jim did not put the flashing in the right way (can provide the photos). Be aware, very poor work ethics and no experience at least in the roof repair.Desired Settlement: Since I paid Jim for roof repair twice ($600 3/1/2013 and $241.50 4/30/2013) and later on I had to hire another contractor to do it over, I want to be reimbursed total $841.50
