I am rejecting this response because: We were quoted a charge of $70 per hour and we're told it would take 4 to 6 hours to do the job. No time limit was given to him other than we needed the job done by Sept 4th which was 4 days later and is written on the invoice. Since he told us it would take 4 to 6 hours we called for status after four hours and was told it was a harder job than thought but it would be ready by the end if the day. We told him that it was our only vehicle and if not we needed to know and we're told not to worry. We were not told at that time that the rate was double nor that any extra men were put on the job. Our vehicle was taken to him at 9 in the morning and we were called at 3:30 and told the vehicle was ready that is really only 6 hours that the vehicle was in his possession and I guess no one took a lunch break and he knew from the beginning he needed two people on the job.  This was never communicated to us nor were we told any of this until we picked up our vehicle. His shop is only open from 9 to 4 on this day so why did he schedule  it on a day that he is only open 6 hours if he knew this and why were we not told of additional charges when we called about status. This was deception on his part in our opinion.
