me not to call Revdex.com, she was going to pull complaint. On the 18th my foreman went over there to double check she had timer locked, yard was dry, no problem at all.

[redacted]Since [redacted] came over to the house and checked that tbe sprinklers are working properly there has been no leak issue as far as I can see.  [redacted] explained the constantly wet ground at the sprinkler control box site in back as being caused by the type of soil and I can't dispute that either way as I am not a land surveyor, engineer, nor landscape architect.Please close the complaint as of now as I'm currently seeing no leaks.Thank you for your help

Review: Issue 1: When [redacted] came out he was expressly told not to disturb the grading done by the builder of the home.

Issue 2: [redacted] was told the curbing/grass needed to be AT LEAST 3 feet away from the house and block wall on all sides, he did not do this. when I came to the house to check on the progress I texted and spoke with [redacted] and asked why the curbing was not at least 3 feet away as it was supposed to be, and was told "I gave you extra grass and didn't charge you for it". He did not contact me or my mom prior to doing the change and we did not approve him doing so. He also texted "I can't change it now".

Issue 3: I called [redacted] after the rain we had over a week ago as there was a literal lake in the back yard where the grass is and was told " there's no problem with the landscaping [redacted]". I did provide him with a picture which I still have. He said to contact him if the issue continued. Yesterday I texted him as well as sent a picture as there was a ton of sitting water on the left side of the yard and got no response. I tried to call 8 hours later and he had blocked my phone number. He also told my aunt he was going to get a restraining order because I keep contacting him regarding the landscaping problems.

The 2 contracts for our yard signed by my mom and myself state there is a 180 day workmanship guarantee yet he refuses to contact myself or my mom and fix the problems.

He continually contacted my aunt, [redacted] even after we had set up a meeting to talk about the issue on 1/29/15. He did not even show up to meet me and my mom and we waited for 30 minutes.

My mom and I signed the 2 contracts and it is our home/yard so he has no business contacting [redacted] especially as we are responsible for the money paid and it was paid from [redacted]'s checking account.

I have the texts from myself to him and from him, the two contracts, as well as the recorded phone conversation and pictures.Desired Settlement: I want him to redo the curbing so it is the specified feet away as was discussed in the verbal portion of our meeting(in text as well he stated "3 FEET TO CURB").

I want him to come fix the leak ASAP which is causing the pooling water as well as to make a way for the water to drain from the grass.

If he cannot come ASAP and fix these issues I want a refund paid to myself or my mom covering what we will have to pay someone else to fix the problems he caused.
