Review: This business provided very poor service. In addition to being quite rude, they failed to meet any type of time deadlines. I am also dissatisfied with the product. They are now trying to charge me a fee to return because I am dissatisfied with their work.Desired Settlement: Will return product for full refund.

I am rejecting this response because: There are several inaccuracies. They did not even mention the wheel lock thing until after the whole thing was over They admittedly did not check the tires and found that they did not fill out their own form correctly and did not therefore have the tires in stock. I stated it would need an alignment when I brought it in, however they waited until they had the car for 3 hours before even telling me they felt it needed one.
