We were introduced to Jimstone Masonary by *** *** of *** *** He was to build short stone walls, make walks with flagstone and create a small flagstone patio and build a concrete block bench *** said he would use chocolate concrete so that white concrete did not show through the dark stones that were used He said he would also throw some sand on it so that it would really bend with the stone He did neither Some of the stones that were used were chipped and look ugly The flagstone that he used was thin, and the pieces were small and cheap looking We finally paid him more for some larger pieces of flagstone
He told me the day I met him that he would email me an invoice I asked for it or timesI never got it
For the amount of money we paid the quality of the materials and the work was meodicre at best, except for the concrete bench It is very well done *** was reasonable to dialogue with, but I am disappointed in the job in generalWe saw his F rating with Revdex.com after we started the job and did the honorable thing and finished it and paid him in full
