He supervised the install of a complete replacement to of our AC systems last year....he is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous We had problems with our 2nd unit this spring and the first two technicians that the company sent couldn't figure out the problem [redacted] recognized what the problem was and fixed it immediately His experience in the field is unmatched If we ever have any issues again, I will only let him work on our systemsAlso want to give props to [redacted] who manages the service aspect She was always funny and accommodated our requests for service, including sending the first technician on Saturday morning She is a delight to work with

Our second story Carrier A/C system had a refrigerant leak The company that installed it four years earlier went out of business National Refrigeration's service technician fixed the problem and had our A/C up an running within hours He was efficient, kept the premises clean, and explained all of the work required before hand He explained that there could be more than one leak, but to trouble shoot it would require much more work at a greater expense, but perhaps not necessary So we left it at the one repair and are taking a wait and see approach
National Refrigeration was an excellent company to work with Brian came out and was extremely knowledgeable and upfront about electrical work that needed to be done before central air could be put in On the day of install, everyone worked efficiently to complete the job and I had central air up and running by the middle of the afternoon I would highly recommend this company to anyone
