They came to my house twice on Friday June 1st, because you claim you could not figure out the job, charged me for work/service and it was not completeThey said they'd come back next Saturday June, 2nd and no call or no showI had to call them times Monday and they said they'd come later in week, called Thursday and said they'd come Saturday June 9th, called on the day of and said they already had another job and they'd come later that day..again no call no showAnd your company keeps giving me the run aroundI told them I have no choice to report this company for its negligence and lack of customer supportIt would help if when you send your technicians you have some that can speak English, communication seemed to be an issue and the lady on the phone argued with me and cut me off when I and my husband would try to explain issues not being fixedThis company should also possibly walk around with you when work is completeThey say you stand by their company, but I've still n
