Review: I took a pair of pants in to Jin's for drycleaning. In the process of ironing the pants, they caused staining/burning on the seat of the pants. When I returned showing them the problem, they said they would redo the pants. Upon inspecting the re-do of the slacks, I found that not only was part of the stain still in the pants, but there was a hole in the seat of the pants where the stain was. The owner told me that the hole was caused by a bug. She refused to discuss the issue and turned her back on me. The slacks were expensive slacks that are worth about $200.Desired Settlement: I would want them to give me the money or to replace the slacks, along with tailoring them to length.
