of broken tileLater *** *** remove the deck job and made us do the third bathroom replace the whole floor because the broken tiles were discontinue and those tiles were layed without durock or any other type of board to protect the original plywood of the house; so we agree to do the third bathroom floor for the less value of regular work in order to match the shower tile etcNow *** *** claims that we did a terrible job which is not true, just for the record this is the first customer that is doing this whole show on Revdex.comAfter the first bathroom tile floor was done if he really didn't like the job he would it made us stop immediately and not continue the other bathrooms but the job was done right, we have pictures, and he let us do the second bathroomNow *** *** has really serious attitude problems after the second bathroom tile floor was finish he wanted to take out the cabinet out, instead he broke it and couldn't get another replacement cabinet before his wife finds outSo this is where all begins, after he screw up with the cabinet he started yelling, used inappropriate language, cursing the whole day and complaining about his hard wood not being swept, so we simply didn't respond at all and we swept the floor, stairs, vacuum the tile floorsAfter the third bathroom tile floor was done, unfortunately the grout was bad and came out, we took it out and reply another coat explaining *** *** what was going on and letting him know if that didn't work we would buy another premium grout and redo it again and he agreeUnfortunately the grout didn't work again and ** *** called us to schedule another day to come but we never refuse to fix and redo the grout until it will be fineUnfortunately in those days my phone was dropped from the latter and I had to get another one from the insurance and it took three days to arrive, we have the receipt for that as proofAfter we solve the phone issue we had bought the premium grout and went to *** ***'s house; when we were parking on the street he came to us all angry yelling at us saying you guys took too long I hired somebody else to fix the problem which is not true at all, we are sure that he did it himself because that's what he wanted to do in the beginning if he would it have those replacement broken pieces he would it do it himself but since it was discontinue and don't know how to lay tile he bargain the price and he wanted from us to reimbursed him even more the value he paid us why?
