We purchased a vehicle from them on 12/20/14 and haven't received the license plate and registration, it is now 3/11/15. They keep saying the state is holding them up or they owe taxes on the car. It has been one excuse after another. I am getting to the point where I want to return the car regardless of the mark on the credit. We have NEVER had this problem from any dealer. VOLUNTARY REPO sounds like a good idea at this point.The vehicle was purchased for our daughter, [redacted]. She is in college in [redacted]. My husband has a North Carolina Power of Attorney from my daughter that is signed and notarized. His name is [redacted] if you need to talk to him. We are trying to avoid a voluntary repo on our daughters credit.Desired SettlementWe would like to the vehicle license plate and registration as soon as possible.
