Review: My Mother ordered a plant online through the florist's website to be delivered to my husband and I. She selected a palm plant for a total of $51.89 with tax.The plant we received was NOT a palm plant, and was more expensive, by $9. The florist deducted the additional monies from my Mother's bank account 1. without notifying her that the plant she requested was out-of-stock or 2. without notifying her that they were withdrawing MORE money than the transaction she approved.She received confirmation of the delivery at least 7 business days after we actually received the plant. Both she and I called the phone number provided by in the email confirmation multiple times, leaving voicemail requesting a return phone call and one was never received. Multiple e-mails sent went unanswered.Desired Settlement: I'm coming to the Revdex.com out of absolute frustration. The level of service my Mother received was unacceptable and WE HAVE YET TO BE CONTACTED BY THIS FLORIST. I am at a loss for words.If they do not refund the full purchase price in light of all of the time and effort both my Mom and I have spent just trying to SPEAK to someone there, I would expect that they will, at the very least, refund the difference in the price of the plants ASAP.We appreciate any assistance the Revdex.com can offer!

I do not have a validated address for this business. If you look at their google business listing, there is no street number listed. However, at the top of the Jireh's Flowers web page an address of [redacted]

This is concerning, as a google search of this address returns information for a residence, not a business.

I am still hoping the Revdex.com can assist me in this claim, as I feel this business has mis-represented itself and has STILL as of today made no attempt to respond to multiple emails and phone calls.
