Just wanting to provide current and potential residents a heads up about my recent negative experience with my apartment homeI am a current resident and have been living here for over a yearI've always paid my rent in full and on time faithfully as it's drafted from my bank account monthlyThis past month, I started a new position, after graduating with my MBA, and there was a mix up with my direct deposit formMy salary was not deposited into my account so when the rent payment drafted I received an NSF return on my bank statementI quickly called the office and advised them of the situation and inquired about how I could resolve the issueI received multiple different answers about how I could pay my balance offThe accounting rep Sarah Hecker provided awful customer service when it came to assisting me with my account, she even refused to provide me with management's contact informationAgain, I have never had issues with paying my rent on in full on time and although I had the money IN HAND, she was attempting and threatening to FILE AN EVICTION on me for being BUSINESS DAYS late on rent after refusing to accept my form of paymentI had to take time off work to go get money orders and bring in the balance as they have NO drop box to drop rent off after 6pmThe whole experience was awful, I have began shopping around for apartments that provide better customer service and actually care about their residentsMy hard earned money deserves to go into better hands
