We have over current clients nationwide ranging from small business owners to large government facilitiesNot a single complaint has been filed or received by customer, EVER! We attend to our customers in a professional and timely manner as alwaysThis particular client has been a challenge due to many factors, one in particular taking on a customer who has existing equipment and does not understand how warranty policy's workThree of our local installers filed a refusal to work form for this particular client that we offer our professional installers, to protect them from harassment, loss time prevention, and many other aspects of unfriendly or unsafe work environments Many of the comments made are and we can reply with our own rebuttal in a damaging way but choose not to in a professional mannerThe client has been contacted and given a final chance to have the owner of J.JAdvantage Security personally perform a few small tasks onsite to assure the customers system is functional and working to the highest standards for the remaining period of their warranty issued

We recently used J.JAdvantage to install complete camera systems at two locationsthe project included all equipment, interior cable runs,underground excavation and working at heightAll work was completed SAFELY and ahead of schedule James and his team are prompt and cost effective, and offered several options, then tailored the proposal to fit our unique business

I've worked with J.J.Advantage on a few large, industrial projects In addition to always finishing on time and under budget, he's has come up with some innovative solutions which has saved my company significantly If an issue arises, they are quick to respond and fair in their service charges (even waiving them when they feel it was something that they should be responsible for)
I would not hesitate to recommend J.J.Advantage for any project

I am rejecting this response because:This is what the owner *** told us to get our business and what they advertise on their billboardsHowever, this has not been our experience! The owner *** who has been our contact since the purchase of these products and services and has not been responsive to our service problems in a timely manner, since October of We totally reject the notion that any J.JAdvantage installers voluntarily filed a "Refusal to work form" as a result of anything or condition at our *** *** Rd Location! Their is not and has not been any "Harassment, or any other aspects of unfriendly or unsafe work environments" hereWe did however express our extreme dissatisfaction with the companies employees ability or desire to repair replace adjust or whatever was needed to get and keep our security system preforming properly and as contractedI don’t think the companies owner likes his employees being informed that we had to file a Revdex.com complaint to get them to service our system they installedA security system by definition is 24/and is not acceptable to be only partially functional for weeks and months at a time Since January when the owner did come out and did some work in our office we have not been able to talk directly with him to get any satisfaction as to why the Wifi and all the Wireless cameras total, on the back pole, on the parking lot pole were not working for months! The wireless cameras on the back pole only starting working on June 30th and only after protesting a charge payment for service and products not received was filed It is very sad that our system is only serviced and completely operational after having to file both a Revdex.com and credit card company complaintI find it very hard to believe any of the other “current clients nationwide” would put up with their system not being fully operational and not complain about itAs of June 28th without any notice our entire system was shut down remotely by J.JAdvantageWe were informed that this was because of our Revdex.com and credit card complaints and would not be restored until we resolve these complaintsAt this time, because our system is shut down we have no security system and do not even know if the system is even today fully functionalAs it has never been fully operational since J.J advantage took over our systemWe do not consider this service problem to be resolved as of July 1st P.SWe do have documentation of dates of attempted contact with J.J Advantage of over dozen emails, phone calls and asking his employee to have him contact usIt even took days for him to even respond to the Revdex.com complaint what does this say about this companies response to service complaints?!?

Efficient, most knowledgeable tech savvy vendor I have ever dealt with. I have called upon J.J. Advantage for 3 different projects. They are extremely competitive and always take the time to give and EXPLAIN available options. The support after the install is the same attentive and patient service that hooked me the first time. I have recommended them several times and they continue to shine.

Jim from JJ Advantage has been professional from day one. He responds quickly to any questions or to problems with the systems. He very knowledgeable and able to assist with any questions over the phone. I would recommend JJ Advantage to any company that is looking for a new and modern camera system.

With Western continuing expanding into other markets JJ Advantage Security has placed an eye in the sky for us to help protect our assets with great craftsmanship & professionalism.

We totally reject the notion that any J.J. A security system by definition is 24/7 and is not acceptable to be only partially functional for weeks and months at a time.

I highly recommend J.J. Advantage Security based on my experiences. They are professional, extremely knowledgeable and are able to provide solutions for a wide variety of different situations. The equipment that they installed was top of the line. This is our go to company for security needs.
