Went to this establishment formerly known as Church's Chicken and still advertises as a Church's Chicken established now Orange Chicken to purchase food for my family and thinking I would be getting quality service I didn'tThe food I received was not fresh and was horrible the chicken had to at least be sitting there for at least hoursI had no choice but to feed my family and had Chicken left over that I can't even give to my dog because he wouldn't eat itI called to let the lady know who sold me the chicken that it wasn't fresh and she apologized but never offered compensation for what she sold me, in which she knew the chicken was not fresh when she boxed itThe next morning I called to speak with the manager Ms*** and let her know I was not pleased with the food I received and asked for a refund and was told by the manager that I would have had to obtain a refund in the same day the transaction was made, she also stated that they close at and ask that the customer r

I went here believing it was Church's Chicken, due to past experience and signage, it was not until I got home and opened the box of chicken that I paid 27$ for that they aren't a Church's franchise any longer
