I am rejecting this response because:J and J has been negligent in communicating with myself, my insurance company (Infinity) and with Moss Chevrolet (current location of my vehicle.) My insurance company has denied the new damage for this claim, because on August 8, 2017, J and J told my insurnace (infinity) that the new damage was not related to they initial accidentFurthermore, J and J which is a repair shop chose to take my vehicle to Moss Chevrolet (a dealer and repair shop)after receiving payment from my insurance companySince J and J made that decision they have accured a large amount of debt in storage fees, they authorized a tear down of my vehicle that my insurance did not approve of which cost more than $1,not including the cost for laborAnd for me to get my vehicle in a as is condition, without any repairs and still broken down, all that has to be paid prior to Moss Chevrolet releasing my vehicleJ and J is responsible for taking my car to Moss ChevroletThat was a business decision that they J and J made without the consent of my insurance companyI took my business to (J and J) and J and J took their business to Moss ChevroletTherefore, I'm asking J and J to pay to get my car out of Moss Chevrolet and return it to me (my possession) and reimbursement for the amount they were paid by myself ($1,deductible) and over $1,from my insurance company (infinity)And at that time I will decide what to do with my vehicle and possible legal action regarding the new damages
