To Whom It May Concern:I've searched through our records and couldn't find a first notice.However, we do wish to clear up any and all complaints of ourvalued customers.Our Manager Raymond started this sale with the husband andsome phone calls were not written downOn 3/22/the materialwas okayed and ordered [redacted] was quoted an approximate 8-10week order.The customer came to the store to look at the items before thecustom order was deliveredAll of the items were wrapped infactory shipping plasticThe customer approved that their fabricselection & items were correct & saw no visible damageTheorder was delivered, inspected by the customer & signed off by thecustomer in good condition on 4/28/7.Later there were complaints about the chairWe picked the chairup & sent it back to the manufacturer to have it properly repaired.We had and never would quote week return for an item that themanufacturer needs to repairWe delivered the chair again andcomplaints of the legs being scratchedWe ordered new legs &the customer picked them up, giving them the new set & lettingthem keep the scratched set.The delivery charge was refunded on 6/2/17, before this letter wasreceived by you the Revdex.com.We made four delivery trips on this one item.We did have changes in our office & delivery team in this periodof time & some calls may have been dropped through the cracks.Our manager Raymond called the customerOne owner never gota message to call Ms [redacted] backHe is part of our delivery &pickup of furniture and is seldom readily available but always getsback to that person.We struggle to make sure our customers are given the best servicepossible and want them to have a pleasant buying experience at ourstore.I feel there was not too much more we could do for [redacted] & [redacted] to fulfill the pledge we have to our customers.We stress to all our co-workers about the need of consideration tobe of the highestWe value our guests who visit our store and aredefinitely upset when anyone has an unpleasant experience.Regards with great concern to all involved, and of anyone feelingslighted by our staff.Sincerely,Co-OwnerJJ Berry FurniturePSPlease refer any correspondence to our corporate office @ [redacted] @hotmail.com
