[redacted]’s complainant has already been resolved through thumbtack with the gun and door. They oversaw the resolution and felt everything was fair and closed the complaint. Within 2 weeks, his glass was repaired and our repairman even fixed the rest of the panes that were loose, that we had nothing to...

do with. As soon as he brought up the gun, we told him to file a police report and sent the 2 movers and the other girl back to the house. The policeman checked everything and talked to everyone. [redacted] didn’t even know the make or model of his gun (when the police officer asked) and stated they saw it 2 days earlier, but had not since then. [redacted]’s finance and the policeman all searched the truck and the movers belongings. We have contacted our attorney on this slander issue and will have our attorney contact the Revdex.com if necessary. As for being late and the truck, our movers called to inform him that they would be a little later than the approximate start time (we give an APPROXIMATE time of arrival when initially booking.  Also, we brought the appropriate size truck for the size of his home. Some things will take up more space if they cannot be stood upright (furniture), therefore taking up more space than if it could be stood upright. We never received an inventory list from him. We have the receipt for the glass (which needed ordered) and an invoice from the repairman, so his “month” it took to repair the door is an absolute lie and documented by date and time.
