JJ Custom Painting

I hired Mr*** to paint he trim, garage door, main door and shutter of the exterior of my home I had to put a $down payment and the rest was due upon completion He said the job would take 2-days The job took Mr*** days because he never brought the workers and did all on his own The last day of the job he damaged the door and I didn't notice until after the full payment I called and texted him and he agreed to refund me $if the $1,total that was paid to him he promised to refund money 07/21/ That day came and for about a month he came up with excuses and has not refunded money
