They installed a new heat pump for my pool a few days after I called at a reasonable price. The job was well done and the staff were courteous. I would highly recommend them.
My boss has received spam from this company saying I owe money for a company I've never heard of. When trying to contact them directly to ask them about the so called 'bill' in question which was addressed to my email but went to my boss, their mail box is full and can no longer receive messages. Be CAREFUL if you receive something from this company! It's not even addressed directly with my name. Just my email.
In case anyone else receives these faux bills, the amount in question was for around $400 dollars or so.
I received an e-mail today from this company claiming that I owed them in excess of $400. I live in Kentucky and have never had any contact with this company. I tried to contact tham using both of their phone numbers, but was unable to leave a message because "the mailboxes were full". It appears that this may be a scam (possibly unknown to the company).
