I am rejecting this response because: Air Clean company didn't do the job in the appropriate way. Central duct work was not clean at all which a have prove of that by taking pictures from inside the duct work. The owner of the company wouldn't accept that as a complain from my side. I left him and his employee in my house and trusted them as a professionals. They didn't do job as it suppose to be done just because I wasn't home to supervise them. I shouldn't give any one a second chance to fix they mistakes as I trusted them in the firs time. They new they didn't do job in the right way and there was no apology for that.

My replay to her accusations that we did not clean the main plenum and that I was not apologizing is simple. I offered to come back and look at it to see what went wrong. We made an appointment with her and her son Inlaw which No one showed up and when I asked why she just said I just want $ back. How do I know if she is just trying to get a free service or if we did something wrong.As I said before I am the 3rd company to this home for the same problem.

Review: Concrete work was done on 8/27/2013. Dirt from hill was to be back fill along pour. They were to be careful of downspout black pipe that run under.

Work was done concrete poured. Dirt was not back fill along fill they put dirt along garage instead also on neighbor land. They put 8 big whole in pipe and few slits. We complained. the worker said Were just grunts. told to call [redacted]. We did many times. Was told they be out to fix it on Sept. 3,2013. 2 men show up and pick up dirt next to garage. We ask if they were going to back fill in the pour area and fix pipe they said no just pick up the dirt. Called [redacted] again said guy are leaving with our dirt and not backfilling the pour area or fixing pipe. we ask her to come she the work area. She state she can't and can get here after 3:30 on Sept.5th so my husband can talk to her. Told Her the area will just keep getting worst every time it rains dirt, sand and stone move from pour area.Desired Settlement: We want the work we were told we would get from [redacted] who is JJ Enterprises Rep. and the work that the contract stated. I like done before Our party so we can get grass growing. We want to be able to drive on it and now are car will not sink or that the work will not crack.
