this response because:This business is trying to avoid accountability for unethical, even illegal, business practices by attempting to hide behind [redacted] and [redacted] time limitations. Limitations that were not designed to account for unique situations such as this. Where one of it's sellers is purveying counterfeit/altered items of another company, that would only be discovered once said item has to be returned to that company under the manufacturers warranty, only to have said company advise the buyer that the item is NOT AN AUTHENTIC PRODUCT of said company. Either by design or by alteration. Seller has admitted that the item (phone) was sent to [redacted] to be altered. And with this admission comes the understanding that seller cannot confirm that any other alterations did not take place. Whether by request, or necessitated because of the actions or misactions of the [redacted] 3rd party. Whereas business is still ultimately responsible for any issues arrising from these alterations, directly or indirectly, sanctioned or unsanctioned. Proof of product unauthenticity/alteration has been provided by complainant via email from [redacted]. IMEI number does not exist in [redacted] GLOBAL database. As well as the fact that the ** informative sticker inside the back of item (phone) is NOT AN AUTHENTIC ** sticker, and bears FALSE information. Also, the fact that ** contacted [redacted] and had all of this business's ** phone listings REMOVED, only bolsters the fact that this business's practices are questionable at best. Any RESPECTABLE and ETHICAL business, once privy to these details, would seek to accept responsibility, or even partial responsibility in this matter, and seek to attempt to rectify the situation. NOT to duck behind it's intermediaries, like a child behind it's mother after breaking the neighbor's window. I believe that this business KNEW FULL AND WELL what it was selling. And simply hoped that they would not be discovered. Or, as in this case, not discovered until, as far as they are concerned, it was too late. I implore the Revdex.com not to allow this business to get away with this. And to show companies such as this, that they cannot hide behind time limitations to protect them from accountability for unethical and illegal business practices.

Hello Madam, I received letter regarding about [redacted] transaction. Our return policy 14 days and [redacted] return policy 60 days, he don't respond that time frame. There is nothing we can't do it.
