Review: [redacted] told us and displays on his business card that he is licenced. I checked with both Washingtgon DC and Virginia and he holds no license in the area. We called him mutiple times he hung up once, made multiple appointments, did not answer his phone and left us in a jam. He never finished and took our money so we can not hire another contractor. He left us high and dry. I hope no one hires him he will rip you off. Due to license we can not get help.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund for his incompetetency. Have him out of business for letting the public believe he is licensed and qualified.
