I live in Virginia and ordered a baseball/softball hitting net from the business Hit Run Steal online, the item cost me $which has been deducted from my checking account, I ordered the item on 10/29/ The next day I received an email from the company saying the order had been processed and was on the way to my homebut I have not received the item I ordered to date After about a week I tried to call Hit Run Steal back and could not get anyone on the phone, I left a message including my phone number and email and no one called/contacted me back To this date I have tried calling this company back at least or times and no one answers the phone, I also located a second number listed on their website that goes to a guy named [redacted] and I have also left him several messages with no response from this person eitherI have left multiple messages for this company and no one calls me back to try and resolve why I haven't received my order

I received everything in a very timely manner but the strike zone attachment was not included. I have emailed them twice, called once with a message left, and I have tried to contact them through thier Facebook page numerous times. I just want them to send me the strike zone attachment that I paid for. It is very bad business practice to not return calls or emails. I paid a lot of money for my package and I want the item that is missing from it. I have the receipts from my order and I have screenshots of the emails I can send you if you need them.

I placed an order almost weeks ago for Annette, pitching trailer, a Tee, and a ball hopper I waited almost a week just for them to even acknowledge my order and then it was a few more days after that before I got a tracking numberThe tracking number said that the item would be delivered by the end of the day yesterdayNothing came, and now when you check the tracking number it says that it’s pending and that a shipping slip has been createdThat means nothing has left the warehouseYou can’t get anyone on the phone and you’ll get a scanned email nothing moreTheir customer service is horrendous, steer clear of doing business with this company
