We signed a contract in January 2019 for a bathroom remodel and bathroom added outside. The job is still not finished. The contractor does not check the work being done and will not meet with us. He has excuse after excuse. We are waiting for a truss that we signed a contract for on 7/31/19. As of 1/27/2020 US TRUSS stated they had no date when it would be needed or approval so the trusses could be begun. The contractor is *** DBA My Handy Contractor. The building site is *** N Country Club Drive Atlantis Florida XXXXX. My number is *** have pictures and texts and emails and he also was to wrap a beam with cedar. He is apparently working under the license of another person. We can not finish our roof as he will not dry in the bathroom roof. He lies and not has taken money for work not complete. Please help us to resolve. There is a side door he replaced in the garage which we are not sure has been inspected and is not complete either. There are times he doesn't close up the house with plywood which can be a safety hazard.
Finish the job The Master bath and cabana bath should be finished per contract dated 1/24/19.He should refund the money if he can not do it. He should replace the beam in rear of house and per contract dated 7/31/19.
