Extraordinary customer service by the company! Jim called me several times to inform me about any impending delays in delivery. After I received the driver's armrest for my 2019 Honda Pilot (6 inches wide), Jim gave valuable instruction by phone regarding the installation protocol. I love the width of the armrest; far better than what Honda provides as the normal armrest. The color matches my interior very well and the product is well made with tight stiches and a durable zipper.

I'd been living with the poorly designed armrests in my 2017 Honda Pilot for two years, then discovered the replacements offered by JJ Products. I installed them last week, and couldn't be happier. Nice and wide and extremely comfortable to drive with. The quality is truly exceptional, and the match with the interior is perfect. Also no issues delivering to Canada.

Review: I purchased a roof rack from JJ Products on Sept 14,2015 for $125.99 on eBay. Once I received the product, I noticed several defects with the product, which I immediately reported to [redacted] at JJ Products. Speaking on the phone about the defects, [redacted] did offer to send replacement hardware that would have resolved one of the issues noticed with the product. However, Jim's solution to the whistling noise caused by the roof rack was to, I quote directly from Jim, "Stretch the rubber strips some. Or put some electrical tape on it. That's what some customers have to do." After attempting to stretch the rubber strips, and having no luck eliminating the whistling noise, I attempted to contact [redacted] again. I received no response from JJ Products about my concerns of the constant whistling. After several attempts to contact JJ Products about an exchange or return of the roof rack, I finally received a response saying "We are working with the manufacturer on a resolution to the whistling issue. Please be patient while we address this issue." This response came on October 28, 2015. Again after couple weeks without any updates, I again contacted JJ Products about returning the rack. After another couple weeks without any updates, I opened a complaint with PayPal in order to get a refund for the purchase price of the item. PayPal immediately contacted JJ Products about not responding to my emails, and placed a hold on the funds from the transaction. Once PayPal stepped in, I immediately received a response from [redacted] at JJ Products about returning the item. The item has been returned to JJ Products for a full refund, minus return shipping costs.Desired Settlement: I would like reimbursement for the return shipping costs of $15.68 associated with returning the defective product. I attempted to resolve this issue with JJ Products from the time I purchased the rack, but [redacted] either didn't value my business or choose to ignore my complaints until a higher authority, PayPal, stepped in and required JJ Products to resolve the dispute. I am mainly concerned that JJ Products conducts shady business, sells defective products to customers, and then avoids them when complaints are made, which ultimately is dropped when the hassle becomes too much for the customer. Other customers need to be made aware of the shady business practices that JJ Products employs to prevent other customers from being taken advantage of, and at basically being stolen from.

Outstanding customer service, product quality, on time deliver and good price. What more could a customer want! I ordered after finding informaiton online about their custom leather armrests for a Lexus RX350. Every step in the process was perfect. Very helpful over the phone. I was delivered two perfect armrest covers, perfect color match to leather interior.
