Review: On 3/**/15 I was diagnosed with [redacted] by [redacted]. I went to JJ Hair Salon and was fitted for a hair piece which cost $3,484.00. On 4/** I return to JJ Salon with complete hair loss and was told I will not be credited $3,484.00. The money was my loss. On that same day, I was fitted for a full wig which cost $4,573.00. I was so distraught over my hair loss and was desperate to remedy this situation immediately. On 4/**/15,I returned to JJ Salon and was approached by the [redacted] to upgrade the original hairpiece that was ordered on 3/**/15 to full wig for an additional $871.00. My total amount spent was $8,928.00 for two wigs. JJ Salon originally told me they could not credit the amount I spent on the hair piece to a full wig. Ironically, that is exactly what they offered at a later date 4/**/15 to upgrade my original hair piece to a full wig. Why wasn't I offered that to begin with? I was told that the money was lost. Now I've spent $8,928.00 on two wigs one of which I have not received yet and no longer want.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the amount of one full wig $4,573.00. I was lied to and I am stuck with a wig that is not comfortable and I don't want or need the second one.
